Happy Birthday Juliette Gordon Low!

Juliette Gordon Low, founder of Girl Scouts of the USA, was born Juliette Magill Kinzie Gordon on October 31, 1860, in Savannah, Georgia. Teddy Bear Drive for Juliette's Birthday

Girl Scout Cadette Troop 10606 organized a Teddy Bear Drive in celebration of Juliette Low’s Birthday (October 31) and as part of  their Silver Award project. The teddy bears were donated to the Memphis Child Advocacy Center .  The motto of the Memphis Child Advocacy Center is "helping victims become children again." The Center's mission is to help children who are victims of sexual abuse. The center provides counseling for sexually abused kids and it also gives out teddy bears... Read More
